CardWafir — mobile application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CardWafir mobile application (the “App”), operated by Bytxpedition (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.
By creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Bytxpedition. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CardWafir is an informational app that aggregates and displays bank, credit-card, and merchant offers available in the United Arab Emirates, and helps you match those offers to the cards you tell us you hold. The App is provided free of charge and is supported in part by advertising.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
When you add a card, you provide only non-sensitive metadata (bank name, card product name, network, and optional reminder preferences). You must not enter full card numbers, CVV/security codes, PINs, or other payment credentials — the App neither requests nor supports them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the card details you enter. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that it displays ads and that ad-related data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy (section 17). We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services advertised.
The App may contain links to, or redirect you to, third-party websites, offers, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The App, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos, and the CardWafir name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Bytxpedition and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Bank, merchant, and Provider names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The App and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that offers, data, or results obtained through it will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytxpedition and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or any offer or third-party service accessed through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed AED 100 (or the equivalent). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bytxpedition and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the App or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under local law.
